KroozTV buffering and playback checklist

Most playback issues can be resolved with a few quick checks. Work through the steps in order.

  1. Restart the app and device. Close KroozTV completely, restart the streaming device, and try again.
  2. Check your connection. Pause downloads, move closer to Wi-Fi, or use Ethernet when available.
  3. Test another title or channel. This helps identify whether the issue affects one item or the whole connection.
  4. Use one stream per connection. Too many simultaneous streams can interrupt playback.
  5. Clear the app cache. In device settings, open Apps, choose KroozTV, and clear cache. Avoid clearing data unless you have your login details ready.
  6. Confirm your subscription status. Sign in to the KroozTV client area and check that the service is active.

When contacting support

Send the device model, app version, approximate time of the issue, and whether other apps work normally. Never send your password in a public message.

For guided help, open KroozTV live chat or submit a ticket through the client area.
