Understanding your KroozTV access details
Your activation email may include several items. Each one has a different purpose, and you should keep all of them private.
Username and password
These identify your subscription. Enter them exactly as shown, including any numbers, uppercase letters or lowercase letters. Avoid adding spaces before or after either value.
Server URL
The server address connects a compatible player to the KroozTV service. In an Xtream Codes-compatible app, enter the server URL together with your username and password.
M3U playlist URL
An M3U link is a complete playlist address. Use it only in a player that specifically requests an M3U URL. Because the link normally contains your credentials, never post or share it publicly.
EPG URL
The EPG address provides program-guide data where supported. Add it to the EPG or XMLTV field in your player, not to the main playlist field.
Downloader code
The downloader code is a convenient way to open the official Android app download page on a compatible device. It is not your service password.
If login does not work
- Copy each value directly from the activation email.
- Confirm that your subscription is active.
- Restart the app and device.
- Try the alternate official server URL if one was supplied.
- Contact support without posting your password in a public message.
